The You in All You Do

Happy Saturday! I have a quick blog for you all today, and it's just a reminder that the YOU in all you do becomes your brand.  So if you're careless on your social media pages -- or simply too informal -- it can harm your brand.  Or if you post party pictures on your blog that don't represent your C-level career, it's possible you're putting it at risk. Instead of making those choices, put your energy into really thinking about what your brand IS and featuring that in your behavior as often and as consistently as you can.

Your brand IS personal.  It is very, very personal.  Take it to heart and protect it with all your strength.  It will be the launching point for many success stories throughout your life.
