A former professor of organizational psychology specializing in the study of workplace behavior, happiness, and engagement, Ryan was instrumental in helping to build the StrengthFinders platform for Gallup. He is the founder and CEO of Habit Technologies, a digital platform that makes it possible for everyone from coaches to entire companies to create personal accountability that turns best practices into daily habits.
KELLY ORCHARD
Kelly is a business coach and licensed family therapist with a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in social science with an emphasis in organizational leadership.
A powerful communicator and experienced business woman, Kelly spent 30 years in radio as a station owner, on-air personality, and advertising and marketing executive. She blends practical tools with her heart-based foundation for achieving a healthy life—professionally, emotionally,
psychologically, and spiritually.

Tax attorney turned healer, Belinda is a wellness coach,
energy worker, and lifelong student of the mind, body,

With more than two decades of experience as a speaker, trainer, coach, and facilitator for organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Ford, and KPMG, Laurie helps clients improve communication, presentation skills, and customer and employee engagement. With an international client base, Laurie has presented programs in the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Europe, England, Latin America and throughout the United States.
